The house is well distributed on three floors:

- First floor: a master bedroom (queen size bed) opening onto a terrace, an adjoining dressing room, a single room and a bathroom with bath and toilet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Second floor: a twin room/double bed room, a storage room, a bedroom for one person, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- In the basement, laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) which are all available to our visitors.

- A garage for one car, accessible through the pergola.

It is not allowed to smoke inside the house. However the terrace, the pergola and garden are available to our visitors. Pets are not allowed inside the house.

- Domestic appliances: 32 inch HD LED TV with 197 channels available, free calls to French mobiles and to phone line in 108 countries, games, Blu-Ray, replay, DVD, free internet access by wifi (30Mbps), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, iron, vacuum cleaner, raclette machine...
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided (Extra blankets and pillows are available on request).
- Central heating.
- The garden furniture is fully available to our visitors.
- Barbecue facilities are provided on request.
- Parking : 1 parking space in the garage. Also parking is free in the rue Thiers as well as in rue Lequesnes and adjacent streets. But parking spots are rare, especially on market days (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)!
