Minimum stay: 2 nights

 

Weekend stays are available between Friday (4 pm) to Sunday.

 

The rate are from 350€ to 420€ depending on the season and number of people.

 

Weekly rental: from 1,127€ to 1,378€ depending on the season and number of people.

Charges (electricity, heating, water) are included.

 

The city taxes are not included.

 

Sheets, towels, tea towels and cleaning products are provided.

 

The occupants will have to leave the house clean and tidy on departure.Cleaning option: 39 €. 

 

Booking conditions:

- Deposit of 25% is requested in order to confirm your reservation. A rental contract will be provided.

- Balance must be paid before or on arrival in the premises.

- Secutity deposit of 30% of the location will be asked.
